A lucky find

We had a fortunate discovery during our recent trip to France. Our stay at Ar-Gavotenn in Le Saint was simply delightful. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, allowing us to easily embark on day trips. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were pleased to find that the accommodation had recently been renovated, as it was pristine and immaculately clean. It had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

We got great value for our money at Ar Gavotenn. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely en-suite bathroom. The location was perfect, conveniently close to the highway but still peaceful. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with traditional French croissants and baguettes instead of plain bread slices.

We loved the newly renovated and very clean room with double-glazed windows and electric roller blinds that kept the noise to a minimum. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced food. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for day trips and easy access to transportation.

The location was a bit isolated for some and may not be ideal for those looking for a bustling city vibe.

The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help us with translations and making us feel welcome. The secure bike storage was a huge plus for our touring bikes. The food was absolutely amazing, the best we've tasted in France! Even though they usually stop serving around 7-8pm, they happily served us later. The room was spotlessly clean with a spacious shower. The communal living space was cozy and perfect for relaxing. The speedy WiFi was a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area, especially if you're on the voie verte. Don't forget to ask the chef about his adorable pet birds, we even got to hold some peacock chicks!

The hospitality of the staff was amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating. the food was also a highlight, with lots of delicious options available. the location was great, being close to major roads, but still being quiet and peaceful.

A bit of a smell coming from the drain in the room, which was a bit unpleasant. though, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Spent my Xmas Eve at this hotel and it was a delightful experience. Loved the clean and comfortable bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which had a large shower cubicle and well-maintained towels. Location-wise, although a bit isolated, it was situated close to the main road which didn't cause much noise disturbance. , it offered secure car park facilities right next to the property which was very convenient. Lastly, their creperie served a scrumptious breakfast which we particularly enjoyed.

One of the negative aspects was the distance to nearby shops and restaurants. It was around 5 km away from the town center, which might be a little inconvenient for some especially if they want to explore the nearby area.
